Today’s 10 Thematic Words: Daily Routine Actions

Time to talk about what you do every day! Learn these useful verbs.

起床 (qǐchuáng) – To get up (from bed)

睡觉 (shuìjiào) – To sleep

洗脸 (xǐliǎn) – To wash face

刷牙 (shuāyá) – To brush teeth

吃饭 (chīfàn) – To eat a meal (We learned 吃 on Day 5 and 饭 on Day 11!)

喝水 (hē shuǐ) – To drink water (We learned 喝 on Day 5 and 水 on Day 8!)

上学 (shàngxué) – To go to school / To attend school

回家 (huí jiā) – To go home / To return home

看书 (kànshū) – To read a book (We learned 看 on Day 5 and 书 on Day 23!)
