Food Map of China

Another Monday morning. How about something fun? Let’s talk a bit about food in China. Recently I came across a fantastic website of Henry Hargreaves’. Henry is a photographer who is much into food and therefore has taken lots of really interesting photos with food as the theme!

What strikes me the most is the series of food maps. He used real food and came up with maps of different countries. It shows how food has traveled to different countries and become part of the lives of local people. Among all the maps, China is quite interesting. Pretty much only the main food is put onto the map. However you can still see there are a variety of main food available in China. Rice and noodles are only part of them, for sure.
