Create Chinese Learning Project with Adobe Voice

Little projects make language learning fun. Chinese learning can be so much fun with the aid of technology. Here I would like to show you how to use Adobe Voice, an app available for iPads and iPhones, to create some easy projects for Chinese learning. Adobe Voice is a wonderful storytelling app which enables children, even at young age, to create videos from a wide array of topics. When we say videos, they are more like animated slideshows rather than traditional presentations.

Adobe Voice has many pre-made layouts, beautifully designed themes, great icons and background music for users to make nice videos in a short period of time. The best feature for language learners is the voice function. Images show the stories, voice makes the stories more vivid.

You may wonder what we can do with this app. In the “explore” area of the app when you open the app, you can see examples that Adobe Voice can be used: for example,  to deliver an assignment, to tell a story, to show off a product, to describe an organization etc.

Then you can choose from a set of pre-made template and click on the button “Pick This One” .

After this, you are on the creation page. You can select the layout, themes and music for your slideshow. Don’t forget to add your voice to make your slideshow more attractive!

Once you finish your project, it is time to share it. You can share your video  on facebook or twitter, you can email your video or share it on messenger, upload to the Adobe Voice website or save it to the camera roll of the iPad.
